परीक्षा समिति (पत्रांक : कमेटी सेल / बैक पेपर / 4075 दिनांक 20/07/2019) के निर्णयानुसार समेस्टर प्रणाली के अंतर्गत जो छात्र अपने पाठ्यक्रम के अंतिम सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हो चुका है और कालबाधित नहीं है और केवल एक ही सेमेंस्टर की बैक परीक्षा / भूतपूर्व परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण न होने के कारण उपाधि पूर्ण नहीं कर पा रहे है , केवल वही छात्र अपना बैक परीक्षा / भूतपूर्व परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने हेतु अर्ह है | साथ-साथ ऐसे विद्यार्थी जो पूर्व में किसी कारणवश दो सेमेस्टरों की परीक्षाओं में एक साथ सम्मिलित होकर उत्तीर्ण कर चुके है, ऐसे विद्यार्थियों की दो सेमेस्टर में से पूर्व सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा को मान्य करते हुए अग्रिम समेस्टर की परीक्षा निरस्त कर दिया गया था और इस कारण से उपाधि पूर्ण नहीं कर पा रहे है ऐसे विद्यार्थी अपनी निरस्त सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा फॉर्म उक्त परीक्षा फॉर्मो के साथ भरकर परीक्षा में भूतपूर्व छात्र के रूप में सम्मिलित हो सकते है | यदि किसी छात्र द्वारा दो या दो से अधिक समेस्टर के परीक्षा फॉर्म भरे जाते है तो ऐसे विद्यार्थियों के फॉर्म निरस्त कर दिए जायेंगे | अर्थात एक विद्यार्थी द्वारा केवल एक ही परीक्षा फॉर्म भरा जा सकता है | निरस्त किये गए फॉर्म की फीस वापसी नहीं की जाएगी |
